Reschedule or cancel booking

PLEASE CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY MEDICAL ASSESSMENT WITH JOBFIT HEALTH GROUP.

Please follow the steps below to cancel or reschedule a medical assessment that has been recently booked for you.

Please note our late cancellation policy. A fee may be payable if you notify Jobfit of cancellation within 1 business day of your appointment.

If you need to reschedule, you will be asked to provide us with 3 alternative times / dates for your rescheduled appointment. Please check the opening hours before you select dates and/or time https://www.jobfit.com.au/locations/

Alternatively, if there is no Jobfit centre within 50kms of your location, we will book the appointment at our nearest associate clinic.

If you have selected reschedule, you will receive a confirmation SMS (and an email if you provide your email address) once the rescheduled appointment is booked. Please allow 1-2 business days for your booking request to be processed.
