Established in Western Australia in 2010, Baseline Onsite has built a reputation as a trusted partner to some of the world’s leading resource companies. Services provided by Baseline include onsite medical and emergency support and risk management solutions. Furthermore, Baseline Onsite is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to facilitate onsite emergency response and rescue training.
Jobfit grows to 600 employees
Combining Baseline’s 250 onsite team members with Jobfit’s 350-strong workforce will mean a bigger, stronger service offering. The merger will further support the occupational health and medical needs of our clients. What’s more, there will be excellent growth and career development opportunities for both Jobfit and Baseline team members.
With a 27-year history of providing occupational health and occupational medical services, Jobfit Health Group also provides onsite medical services. Well-known companies including Viterra, Uber, and Toyota Motor Corporation Australia, have partnered with Jobfit to manage the health of workforces.
In addition to onsite medical services, Jobfit delivers a broad range of occupational health services to thousands of businesses nationally and internationally across a broad range of industries through 49 wholly owned and operated centres and a network of associate clinics.

Jobfit CEO, Vikas Dogra says the merger is an exciting opportunity for both businesses.
“The merger of Baseline Onsite and Jobfit will mean joining the forces of two highly regarded occupational health entities. As such, it will create an outstanding service offering to the market,” Mr Dogra said.
“Adding 250 personnel to the Jobfit team will significantly boost our onsite services, particularly in the Eastern states.”
The merger is set to take place in December 2023. Jobfit and Baseline will remain separately branded in the short to medium term.
