how to use the medimanager candidate portal
Using the MediManager candidate portal is simple!
- If a candidate is required to undertake a medical assessment by an employer or prospective employer, the candidate receives a text message with a link to the MediManager portal.
- The candidate logs into the portal and chooses an appointment time and location that suits them.*
*The MediManager candidate portal is only available for bookings at Jobfit clinics. If the candidate is not located within a convenient distance to a Jobfit clinic, our team will contact the candidate to arrange an appointment at one of our associate clinics in their local area.
- The candidate is then prompted to complete an applicant declaration, a privacy consent and a medical questionnaire.
- The candidate dashboard shows any outstanding steps in the process, displays the time and place of existing appointments. What’s more, it provides helpful information to prepare for upcoming appointments.
- The candidate may be asked to provide documents or information following their appointment. If so, the files can be easily uploaded to the candidate’s page.
