We’re proud to announce that Jobfit has been awarded the ISO 9001 certification – an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems (QMS).
Developed and published by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), the ISO 9001 accreditation provides a framework for organisations to establish and maintain effective quality management practices. In effect, the certification demonstrates Jobfit’s commitment to delivering the highest quality products and services via carefully designed processes. It also attests to Jobfit’s continuous meeting of regulatory and statutory requirements.
Jobfit CEO Vikas Dogra said the accreditation is validation of Jobfit’s unceasing dedication to quality customer service and operational excellence.
“Our customers entrust us with managing their employee’s occupational health and we take that responsibility very seriously,” said Vikas.
“The accreditation provides assurance to our customers and their employees that we operate to the highest standards. In particular, they can expect excellence in every interaction they have with a Jobfit representative.
“It indicates an organisational culture where excellence is expected, and delivered, across every arm of the business. For this reason, it’s a badge that every member of our organisation will wear proudly,” Vikas said.
ISO 9001: Accreditation Process
In order that accreditation was achieved, Jobfit was required to undergo a vigorous certification process including forensic audits of business procedures, policies, and processes. The dedicated quality team, tasked with managing the process, also undertook a thorough risk identification process and developed successful risk mitigation strategies to ensure no part of the organisation’s every day operations was compromised as part of the accreditation process.
The accreditation unlocks important opportunities for an organisation undergoing the certification process, for instance:
- Identifying present customer needs and identifying and assessing future requirements
- Measuring client satisfaction
- Ensuring regulatory requirements are met for all products and services
- Communicating regulatory requirements to employees and other stakeholders
- Assessing risks and continually identifying opportunities for business improvement
- Implementing operational controls to effectively manage and measure performance
- Communicating quality policies and ensuring the workforce understands how they contribute to it
Vikas concluded, “This certification means our business is continually measured against standards of excellence. As a result, our customers are the ultimate beneficiaries.”
