This is the guiding principle of Dylan Campher, Jobfit’s new Chief Operating Officer. Caring for people in need runs in Dylan’s family. His father is an Anaesthetist and Intensivist, and his mother was a Dental Hygienist. At the beginning of his career, Dylan followed in his father’s footsteps, working in operating theatres in both New Zealand and Australia, before transitioning to a twenty-year career as an Operational leader in the healthcare sector. His driving passion is – ‘delivering the best quality healthcare efficiently’. Over the years Dylan has developed a unique set of operational excellence principles which is all about leveraging people’s capability to drive performance and deliver better outcomes.
