The SmartQuestionnaire™ is the foundation for all the reports. It measures each candidate’s work preferences, motivations, work values, personality, interpersonal skills, interests and attitudes for 175 traits. It cannot be fooled and has a consistency monitor to ensure the accuracy of candidate replies.
The Job Success Analysis report (JSA) isolates up to 40 traits necessary for success in a job. The JSA traits are weighted according to the responsibilities and tasks required to do that job well, automatically ranking the traits as Essential, Desirable or as Traits to Avoid.
When a candidate’s work preferences are compared to the success traits for a job the JSA provides a prediction score of how suited the candidate is to the job, and highlights the candidates strengths and potential weaknesses.
