From working part-time as a dental nurse and also as a receptionist for Northcare Physio to her current role as SA/NT State Manager for Jobfit, Cathy’s 25-year journey with the Partnered Health Group is a testament to her passion for allied health and occupational health.
While her days are filled with strategic planning, business operations, monitoring KPI’s and ensuring client satisfaction, it’s building a healthy team culture and a strong sense of cohesion amongst the team that is paramount for Cathy. She believes these are the winning ingredients to Jobfit’s success.
“From that, I believe we’re going to offer the best service level that we can, which is extremely important — offering gold standard service and ensuring that the candidate experience is smooth and encouraging,” Cathy said.
OPENING DOORS FOR DEVELOPMENT
With her extensive experience in the allied health and occupational health sectors, Cathy has worn many hats during her career at Partnered Health.
From a Senior Receptionist, Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, then National Allied Health Manager at Northcare Physio, to Jobfit’s SA & NT Regional Manager — Cathy’s career is a shining example of Jobfit’s commitment to mentorship and career growth.
“Partnered Health have been incredibly supportive, which is why I’ve been here for 25 years. Instead of stagnating in the same role, I’ve had many opportunities to grow in my experience and get where I am today,” she said.
As Cathy approaches the latter end of her career, her focus is shifting towards mentorship.
“Watching people grow through the clinics and in the business and seeing them becoming empowered enough to move forward is inspiring,” she says.
“I really enjoy seeing the positive outcomes from a candidate perspective as well and knowing that we’re helping people to proceed with jobs that are potentially going to shape their lives”.
